Definition
As part of the Targeted Compliance Framework, individuals participating in employment services who have had their participation payment suspended must meet a reconnection requirement within four weeks to end their suspension. This can either include contacting their employment services provider and re-engaging with the activity which caused the suspension, or attending an appointment with their provider. Failure to meet this requirement within 28 days usually results in payment cancellation by Services Australia.
