A total count of the non-compliance events that led to payment suspensions during the report period, as calculated by counting non-compliance event identifiers with a related payment suspension applied flag.
A non-compliance event will be raised on participant’s record when they fail to meet their mutual obligations requirements outlined in their job plan. They then enter 'resolution time', a two-business-day period where they can complete re-engagement requirements to avoid payment suspension. If they fail to contact their provider and take …
