Non-compliance event: Re-engaged within 28 days, Flag

Definition

Whether the participant that a given non-compliance event relates to has re-engaged with their employment service provider within four weeks of receiving a payment suspension also related to that non-compliance event, represented as a label. 

If a participant reengages with their provider, the suspension will end; if they do not reengage within those four weeks, their payment will usually be cancelled by Services Australia.

Failed to re-engage within 28 days The participant has failed to fulfil their reconnection requirement within 28 calendar days and has had their payment cancelled.
