Participant: Counted on compellable caseload

Whether a participant is required to agree to mutual obligations requirements in order to receive a participation payment and is therefore compellable under social security legislation, as based upon Services Australia's assessment of several factors, including:

• their personal circumstances,
• the participation payment they are receiving, and
• they employment service program they are participating in.
