Definition
Whether an individual is required to meet mutual obligations requirements in order to receive a participation payment and is therefore compellable under social security legislation, represented a code. This is determined based upon Services Australia's assessment of several factors in line with social security legislation, including:
- their personal circumstances,
- the participation payment they are receiving, and
- they employment service program they are participating in.
