Number of exits from Small Business Coaching by financial year and exit reason

A total count of the number of engaged referrals where the participant (client) exited from the Self-Employment Assistance program after commencing Small Business Coaching as at the report date, as calculated by counting contract referral placement identifiers that have:

• a contract type of 'SEA6' (Self-Employment Assistance),
• an active engagement flag of '1', indicating that the participant has accessed at least one of the six main services available as part of the Self-Employment Assistance program during their period of participation,
• a Small Business Coaching commencement flag of '1', indicating their Small Business Coaching Agreement has been signed by both the participant and the provider and has a valid start date, and
• a participation exit count of '1', indicating that the participant a given referral relates to has exited the Self-Employment Assistance program.

Participants can be referred to Self-Employment Assistance program, enter it for a period of time and exit it without having accessed any Self-Employment-Assistance-specific services. To ensure the count reflects the experience of participants that have engaged with the program, only referrals with 'engaged' participants are counted, where 'engaged' is defined as the participant having accessed at least one of the six primary services available as part of the Self-Employment Assistance program: 

• Small Business Training
• Business Plan Development
• Business Advice Sessions
• Business Health Check
• Exploring Self-Employment Workshops 
• Small Business Coaching.
