Counts are listed under a given financial year based on the date that the business plan status was set to 'approved'. Counts are allocated against each listed cohort (as well as direct registration status, SEA allowance status, and any allowance status) for each approved business plan for which the relevant participant is recorded as belonging to that cohort. A single participant is likely to have characteristics that fit within multiple cohorts such that a single approved business plan may result in counts against multiple rows in the table. Where a participant has been directly registered with a provider they may not have a completed Job Seeker Snapshot and as such some or all of their cohort information may be unavailable.
