This item is derived based upon a participant's Employment Services Assessment (ESAT), where they have been assessed as facing a barrier to work that is directly caused by or related to drug and/or alcohol dependence.

Comments

The assessment criteria for qualifying as experiencing a mental health disability, impairment or condition in the context of employment services is that the participant must have been assessed as having one or more of the following conditions by a medical professional professional during an Employment Services Assessment (ESAT) within the last two years:
