Description

This flag is not self-identified by the participant, it is derived based upon their response to the Jobseeker Snapshot's Living Circumstances section. A participant is recorded as Homeless if they have disclosed that they:

  • are staying in emergency or temporary accommodation, or
  • have moved 4 or more times in the previous 12 months.
