Definition
The collection of data elements that are used to describe the calculations that underpin the Targeted Compliance Framework Data reports. The dataset will contain separate distributions for each iteration of the report as they are published into the future.
The report provides an overview and analysis of the compliance status of individuals who are participating in Workforce Australia Online, Workforce Australia Services, Transition to Work and ParentsNext programs. The report includes information such as the number of participants who have met their compulsory Mutual Obligation Requirements, the number of participants who have failed to meet these requirements, the reasons for non-compliance, and any sanctions or penalties applied as a result.
