Definition
The outcome of an individual entering resolution time.
Resolution time is the two business-day timeframe provided to a participant who has committed a mutual obligations failure to take corrective action to avoid payment suspension.
However, resolution time is only available to participants who are not already in the penalty zone. If a participant is in the penalty zone and a non-compliance event is raised, their payment will be immediately suspended without any resolution time given.
