Computation

When a participant's payment is suspended, they are required to contact their employment service provider and re-engage with their activity or attend an appointment in order to end the payment suspension. If the participant does not meet this re-engagement requirement within four weeks (28 days) of being notified of the requirement, their payment will usually be cancelled.
