Computation

A total count of participants who received a payment suspension during the report period, as calculated by counting participant identifiers with at least one related non-compliance event identifier that has a payment suspension applied flag.

A non-compliance event will be raised on participant’s record when they fail to meet their mutual obligations requirements outlined in their job plan. They then enter 'resolution time', a two-business-day period where they can complete re-engagement requirements to avoid payment suspension. If they fail to …

Calculation rules

Computation Rule
Computation

A total count of participants who received a payment suspension during the report period, as calculated by counting participant identifiers with at least one related non-compliance event identifier that has a payment suspension applied flag.

A non-compliance event will be raised on participant’s record when they fail to meet their mutual obligations requirements outlined in their job plan. They then enter 'resolution time', a two-business-day period where they can complete re-engagement requirements to avoid payment suspension. If they fail to contact their provider and take action, their payment will be temporarily suspended.
