Non-compliance event: Resolution time outcome

Definition

Whether the participant that a given non-compliance event relates to has taken corrective action to avoid payment suspension after committed a mutual obligations failure by contacting their employment service provider and providing a valid reason for the failure.

Resolution time is only available to participants who are not already in the penalty zone. If a participant is in the penalty zone and a non-compliance event is raised, their payment will be immediately suspended without any resolution time given.
