Computation

Calculated by counting the number of referrals that have been made to the Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program, allocated to the relevant financial year based on the date of referral. Counts are allocated against each listed cohort (as well as direct registration status, SEA allowance status, and any allowance status) for each referral for which the relevant participant (client) is recorded as belonging to that cohort.

A single participant is likely to have characteristics that fit within multiple cohorts such that a single referral may result in counts against multiple rows in the table. Where a participant has been directly registered with a provider they may not have a completed Job Seeker Snapshot and as such some or all of their cohort information may be unavailable.
